What does it look like to actually live off grid or achieve a truly net zero operating arrangement? In the feature article, "Zero Potential," Freelancer Writer Tim Kridel examines the recent trend among homeowners who are increasingly showing an interest in using solar to operate either completely or almost completely off the grid. Although the motivation behind such a move may be driven by many different factors, such as an interest in energy independence, sustainability goals, or growing rebates/incentives, the desire to go off-grid is definitely becoming more popular these days.
